Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Amogh ERP, a multi-tenant CRM/ERP business management service available at amogherp.com (the "Service"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Amogh ERP provides CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, HR, Recruitment, Performance Management, Service/Support (AMC), and Work & Task management tools for businesses, accessed as a subscription.

2. Account Registration

An Owner account is created by verifying a mobile number and email address via one-time codes (OTP). There are no passwords for OTP-based logins.
The Owner is responsible for creating and managing all other user accounts (Admins, Managers, Employees) within their company, and for all activity under their company's account.

3. Subscription Plans, Free Trial & Billing

Amogh ERP is offered on two plans — Basic (₹99/month, up to 5 employees) and Ultimate (₹199/month, unlimited employees) — both including the full feature set of the Service.
New accounts get a 7-day free trial. No amount is charged during the trial.
To activate the trial, you must authorize a recurring payment mandate via Razorpay. A small refundable amount may be charged by Razorpay solely to verify the payment method; this is separate from your subscription fee and is refunded by Razorpay automatically.
Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription fee is charged automatically at the end of the 7-day trial, and every month thereafter, until you cancel.
You will not be able to use the Service if payment is not authorized, or if a subscription payment fails and is not resolved.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page inside the Service. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens to access and billing when you cancel.

5. Acceptable Use

You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to store or transmit content that infringes others' rights.
You will not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other companies' data.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business data you and your team enter into the Service.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the business data you enter into the Service. We only use it to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that briefly affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amogh ERP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for accounts that violate these Terms, or where required to do so by payment processors or law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
